The Autumn Princess Encore Azalea produces an abundant display of beautiful salmon-pink semi-double blooms in spring summer and fall. The gorgeous blooms contrast nicely against the dark lustrous green foliage. During the winter months, this varieties foliage turns a gorgeous burgundy hue. The Autumn Princess is cold hardy down to USDA zone 6b. Encore® Azaleas are known for their ability to tolerate full sun better than traditional azaleas, so make sure to plant them in a location that will receive 4-6 hours of direct sunlight, with some shade during the afternoon heat. Autumn Princess™ is great for planting in the landscape or in container gardens and will perform best in slightly acidic well-drained garden soil. Apply a slow-release granular fertilizer in Spring.
For a seamless planting, plant your Autumn Princess Encore Azalea 2 feet apart. Otherwise, space them 3 feet+ for gaps between plants.

Ordered 3 Autumn Princess 2 gallon plants. Arrived within four days of placing the order on a Sunday. The plants are very healthy and started growing within days of getting into the ground. Had bought some Silver Sword 2 gallons plants locally here in Southwest Virginia and the PlantsByMail plants were healthier and are growing quicker. Will buy more plants come spring!

Two Autumn Princess arrived 2 weeks ago in perfect condition. They have a lot of new growth and we are looking forward to more sunny days so we will see blooms. PlantsbyMail will now be our first choice to find beautiful and healthy plants.

I ordered four of the Autumn Princess. They arrived looking very healthy and not dried up, especially in the heat we are having right now. I have not planted them yet and looking forward to how they will look and if they survive. It is too early for me to give it five-stars yet.
