The Confetti Abelia is a vigorous growing shrub with a compact rounded growth habit. Throughout the growing season, the foliage of this plant will create visual interest in your garden with attractive green and creamy white variegated foliage that will blush to pink and green. From summer into fall this Abelia produces pale pink tubular flowers that attract butterflies and bees. This plant can adapt to many soil types and is very low maintenance once established. In warmer climates, Confetti will be evergreen and develop a subtle golden color to the foliage. In cooler climates, this plant will lose around half of its foliage and then will flush again with new growth in the spring.
