The Crazy Pink Echinacea from the Southern Living Plant Collection is a true powerhouse bloomer! The Crazy Pink produces large, eye-catching blooms with drooping pink petals and orange cone centers. Unlike other Echinaceas, the Crazy Pink produces flowers earlier than other coneflowers. This Perennial brings serious blooming power to gardens and landscapes, with the ability to produce over 100 blooms on a mature plant.
This plant will thrive in USDA Zones 4-9
Plant in Full Sun to Part Shade for best results.
Water 3-4 times per week during the first growing season. In the second growing season, provide supplementary water in times of extreme heat and drought.
The Crazy Pink Echinacea prefers garden soil with good drainage for best results.
Perennials rarely need supplemental fertilizer, however, 3-4 inches of compost around the plant yearly provides nutrients to keep the plant happy and healthy.
For solid mass plantings space these Echinaceas 6-10 inches apart. For individual perennial plantings plant 14+ inches apart

I very much love the color of this Echinacea. However, out of the 3 I ordered only two were alive on arrival (one barely), since planting the 2nd one died within the first week, so fingers crossed the third one makes it.
