Description

Discovered in Fancy Gap, VA this native selection stands out because the bright red stems shine all winter, even in warmer areas of the country. The Cayenne Dogwood has Fresh green foliage turns orange-red in fall. Porcelain blue berries form in late summer. Disease and canker resistant. Cayenne is well-suited to moist areas and is good in shrub borders, massed in moist areas and for wetland mitigation. From First Editions®.
