I ordered two Diamond Rouge Hydrangeas a few weeks ago. One of them was in tip top condition. The other, unfortunately, had been mushed a good bit. I wrote to PBM and immediately received a reply. They were happy to work with me to reach a satisfactory outcome for both of us. The whole thing was worked out very quickly! Impressed with PBM’s customer service.
