**Pre-Purchase Disclaimer: Abelia is notorious for being a light rooting plant. Many Abelia that are shipped will have a loose rootball on arrival from the vibrations of shipping.**
The Miss Lemon Abelia from the Southern Living Plant Collection produces stunning variegated foliage that you’ll never get tired of looking at. Once matured, the bright young foliage will convert to a majestic, creamy ivory and emerald green. The blooms of the Miss Lemon emerge in multitudes, creating delicately beautiful light pink flowers for much of the summer through autumn. Plant this Abelia in moist well-drained garden soil in a container or landscape in an area that will receive full sun to part shade.
For a seamless planting, plant your Miss Lemon Abelia 3-3.5 feet apart. Alternatively, space them 4+ feet apart to leave space between shrubs.

As usual with my orders from Plants by Mail, I am very happy with the Miss Lemon Ablelia plants and the service. All are tops.

Plant arrived looking pretty good, although it did have quite a bit of dried up twiggy growth that needed to be pruned off. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase. I haven’t been able to find a Miss Lemon Abelia anywhere locally so far.

Plants arrived in very good shape and looking exactly like the photo. I would not have believed that they had gone through the mail. They have been planted and are flourishing — no transplant shock.
