About Petite Knock Out Rose

Brand New Knock Out Rose Variety!

The Petite Knock Out Rose is a dwarf version of the original Red Knock Out Rose. It has the same bright fire engine red flower color and re-blooms like the original but grows to only 18″ tall, making it the perfect rose for containers, patios, or as a mass planting in front of larger foundation plants.

This the first ever miniature breed of a Knock Out Rose variety. It has non-fading, fire engine red flowers on top of unique, dark, and shiny green foliage. Breakthrough breeding also makes this rose extremely blackspot resistant.

How To Space Your Petite Knock Out Rose

Space Your Petite Knock Out Rose 18″ apart for best results.

How to Plant Your Petite Knock Out

  1. First, determine your planting location(s)
    1. Knock Out roses prefer full to part sun
  2. Then, dig a hole three times the width of your plant’s rootball.
    • The hole should be deep enough that the top of the plant’s root ball is even with or slightly above the ground.
  3. Fill the hole back in around your plant
    • Afterward, we recommend applying 3-4 inches of wood mulch around the base of your plant to help it retain moisture.
  4. Soak your new planting to settle the soil and hydrate your plant.

Plants were ordered on 5/28, states shipped 5/30 (Holiday), FedEx picked up 6/1, plants arrived on 6/3. Received 2 petite rose bushes, both were dead/dried out and no blooms/dried blooms. I also had four other plants, with issues; flowers broken or dried out. Still nursing the gerbera daisies back to health or they Called and receive POOR customer service. I was accused of being disrespectful and saying obscenities, which DID NOT occur. I work with and deal with people daily. She did not want to listen to me being the customer. When I asked for a manager, I was told the call was not going past her. Called back, same response. Sent an online complaint about what I received and sent an email with pictures.
This is the response I received: Ms Allen. You were disconnected due to the extreme disrespectful manner with obscene verbiage you directed at me. This will not be tolerated nor catered to. Your request is being forwarded to our escalations team. I would suggest you employee respectful tones and kind words when addressing them. Christy I received a refund only on one plant, based on their choice, not discussion with the customer. Owners and Marketing Team, I know it is hard to obtain and maintain good help, but this needs to be reviewed. However, there will NEVER be another purchase from PbyMail. I will not be calling back, because the same person answers the phone, opens the emails, checks the reviews and decides what you will be refunded. Where are the checks and balances? HD and Lowes online suppliers both have excellent customer service and plants with blooms as pictured in their ads. I had to order more plants for my event. Buyers beware.

The plants arrived in fair condition after Fed-Ex got through with them . The packaging is the only thing that saved them. Also Fed -Ex lost one of h th e plants . I contacted Fed-Ex and havens heard from them at all . Plants by Mail did everything you could do to prevent the plants from being damaged.

Plants arrived healthy, but several branches were broken on both! Packaging didn’t seem to protect the plants very well

Beautiful petite roses. I had them for several weeks and they developed spider mites with cob webs. I thought knock out roses were more insect protective.

  5. Suzanne Bonniwell (verified owner)

plants healthy but much smaller than expected. Several branches broken. Not the greatest packaging, We shall see.

  8. Carroll (verified owner)

Very nicely packaged in attractive box and the inner packaging held everything in place. Clean plant, nice size.

  9. Jessica (verified owner)

My rose bushes arrived quickly and were in great shape. They were bigger then I expected especially for the price. They are thriving in my garden now and I am very happy with this purchase.

Using these to border a walkway. They’re still going strong.

Nice petite rose that’s growing well also well packed.

Not as advertized, very disappointed for my elderly Mothers Day gift. Plastic cheap little pot with advertizing on it, planted in bark not dirt, plant itself looked small and poor shape.

  13. Linda Barbee (verified owner)

Plants were beautiful and arrived safely. They were packed very well and no damage. They are doing great now here in Texas.

  14. Kathy Barker (verified owner)

The plants are healthy and I’ve no doubt that they were in great shape when they were packed. THEN FED EX happened to them…. busted plants, smashed pots, some plants not even in the pots anymore, although still bagged. On my front porch, standing up on end so that all the plants were then mangled and all on top of each other! I can’t imagine what the Fed Ex folks think those bold arrows that point up are for? ?‍♀️

  15. Mike (verified owner)

Plants arrived quickly and in beautiful shape. They package the plants so well for shipment. I watched as the FedEx lady juggled the boxes and then dropped them on my porch, but the plants were packed so well that there was minimal damage, if any.
