The Rose Creek Abelia is a compact evergreen shrub that provides year-round interest. In spring the foliage will be green and have red stems. Then Rose Creek will begin to bloom clusters of white flowers in early summer and continue into fall. As the weather turns cooler the blooms will take on a rosy-copper hue. In winter the blooms will stop, but then the foliage of Rose Creek will turn purple to continue adding interest to the landscape until spring comes. Once established, the Rose Creek Abelia is drought tolerant and deer, insect, and disease resistant. Plant this shrub in well-drained garden soil in a location that will receive full sun and fertilize in spring will slow-release fertilizer to keep it looking its best!
Plant Your Rose Creek Abelia 2.5-3.5 feet apart for a seamless planting. Otherwise, plant them 4+ feet apart to leave space between shrubs.

Great looking plant, at a very good price! I was very impressed with the email contact, the packaging, and the plant. I’m in zone 9b, and was able to plant this shrub this weekend.
We’re looking forward to the blooms as well as some flying visitors!
I plan to buy some shrubs for hedges soon, and highly recommend that you consider these folks when shopping online.

Love these plants. So anxious to see them mature throughout the year. This is the 2nd year I’ve ordered and the plants always arrive in beautiful condition.

Nice looking plants, at least in the #3 containers. But they are a very shallow-rooted shrub, so they were a touch shocked early on. We’re now dealing with wind issues despite being planted next to the house. We’ve lost 4-5 lower branches on three Rose Creek Abelias in a week’s time (splitting near the base). Just hoping they mature quick enough to withstand future windy days, if they haven’t been damaged already.

Very happy with the health and size of this shrub. I look forward to the bloom and winter color. Now I can’t decide whether to use these or my new azaleas as my central foundation plants!

This is one of the most beautiful plants I’ve ever seen. My husband agrees. It was in great shape upon arrival with excellent packaging. I bought two and they are both doing well.
