Ordering

All plants shipped are in 1, 2 or 3-gallon containers as listed in the
product name. We guarantee that they will be fully rooted and matured into their pots. Keep in mind that dwarf varieties may be smaller than expected.

All our plants are grown on our 500-acre nursery in Southern Alabama. During the year's peak, we have over 5 million plants on the ground. We do not have time to shift 1-gallon plants into 2 or 3-gallon pots.

Every plant that is grown starts with a cutting that is started in a 1-inch liner tray. Once mature enough, each plug is put into the pot size that it will eventually be sold in. This means a 3-gallon plant starts in a 3-gallon pot. The calendar dictates the ready date and plants are released to sell once the quality team approves it.

If you receive a plant that is not fully rooted, it is likely that the plant wasn’t quite ready to sell, and we’ll be happy to provide information on how to establish the plant or provide a replacement.

The only States we can not ship to are HI & AK.

Some categories, such as boxwoods, ligustrum, barberry, and junipers, have state-specific restrictions.

Shipping

The majority of orders will be shipped the following business day, except orders placed on Thursday during times of extreme weather (hot or cold) that may be held over the weekend. Unpredictable weather conditions may delay orders. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number on the day that your plants are shipped. Orders going to California, Oregon, or Washington must be delayed by at least a day for additional environmental regulatory processing.

The plants are bagged and cinched to prevent soil from spilling and then placed in secure shipping boxes. Read more about our shipping and packaging process.

Returns and Refunds

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
