How to Use 3-in-1 Neem Oil Concentrate
Neem Oil Application: Mix Fertilome triple action miticide at a rate of 1 oz per 1 gallon of water. Thoroughly mix the solution being sprayed. Apply a generous amount to all plant surfaces, including the leaves' top and bottom sides, until completely covered.

When to Use Triple Action Insecticide
Once pests have made your plant their home, begin treatment immediately for quick and complete control. Apply on a 7 to 14 day basis until the spread of pests and/or disease is no longer a threat.
To control disease that is already present, apply in a 7-day interval until it is eliminated, followed by 14 days to keep the disease from returning.
